Prepare 30-50 garlic cloves for this delightful recipe. Let them rest for 30 minutes in open air (in a bowl).
You will then pour these transformed cloves in a jar or two, snugly tucking them beneath a golden blanket of honey, waiting to work their flavorful alchemy. Make sure the honey covers all the cloves by at least 1cm.
